    1. To build resilience in the vulnerable segments to cope with the ill effects of Climate Change sweeping across Sri Lanka especially by introducing Climate Smart Agriculture to the community through eco-agriculture, eco-entrepreneurship and green initiatives to the community in four districts. 
    2. To strengthen four district consortia and their partner organizations to create awareness on COVID 19 effects among community and introduce good health practices and preparation of healthy family meal to the community.  
    3. Establishing livelihoods through revolving loan fund (RLF) for 413 most vulnerable families including young mothers, women headed households and families of persons with disabilities. 
    4. To encourage avoiding use of agrochemicals and inorganic fertilizer in agriculture 
    5. To strengthen the links and create marketing hubs for the rural producer to fetch fairer prices for their production.
    6. To provide opportunities for value addition and thereby realizing sizeable gains by way of higher productivity, and improved incomes.

Strengthen the capacity of DC and Partner Organizations and improve economic and social condition of vulnerable families.
